At iClean Malta, we understand that plans can change, so we offer our clients the ability to cancel their cleaning service up to two hours before the scheduled time at no charge. To cancel, please contact our support team by email, phone or through our website, stating your name and the date of the scheduled service. We also welcome any feedback on the reason for cancellation to further improve our service. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are available to help you find a new time that fits your needs, subject to availability.
